Job Description
Senior IT Project Manager Agile / GenAI
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a seasoned Agile professional to join their advanced analytics team. This individual will lead the development of Generative AI solutions manage highimpact projects and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings over 8 years of Agile experience is SAFe certified and has a strong track record in guiding technical teams and resolving complex challenges.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $76 to $81 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $90 to $97 per hour.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Oversee budgets between $13 million and ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders (VP level and above) facilitating alignment and transparent communication.
Lead Agile ceremonies including standups and sprint planning.
Manage technical teams provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure effective delivery of AIdriven solutions.
Align business requirements with delivery teams and support consistent Agile practices across the program.
Work with tools such as Microsoft CoPilot GitHub and Adobe Firefly particularly in collaboration with actuarial teams.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
Relevant certifications (e.g. SAFe).
8 years of experience working with Agile methodologies.
Certified in SAFe with handson experience leading largescale Agile programs.
Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders (VPlevel and above) on highvisibility projects.
Ability to guide junior developers and resolve technical issues effectively.
Familiarity with tools such as Microsot CoPilot GitHub and Adobe Firefly (nice to have).
Ability to engage in technical discussions with actuarial and analytics teams (nice to have).
