1 LPN 1 Vasc Tech RN/Practice Manager

Vascular: Aneurysm Repairs Thoracic
Abdominal Arterial bypass Peripheral
Vascular Access Devices AV shunt
Endovascular:
Carotid Artery Stenting Bypass Surgery Femoral Popliteal Bypass
Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting Endovenous Laser Therapy Treatment
Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
Treatment of: Vascular Malformations Median Arcuate Ligament Nutcracker Syndromes
Endo Therapy: Peripheral Artery Disease Gangrene of the limbs
No of ORs: 6 (Main) 2 (CVT)
Hybrid Room with 2 Cath Labs
EMR: Epic
Temporary Privileges available: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Active VA License
BC
DEA
BLS ACLS
