We are currently seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you will serve as the primary point of contact for managing client accounts ensuring client satisfaction and addressing all their commercial insurance requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail exceptional communication skills and a deep commitment to providing unparalleled support to our clients.
## Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison for our commercial clients addressing inquiries and finding suitable insurance solutions.
Collaborate with insurance providers to obtain quotes negotiate coverage and update policies as needed.
Review policy documentation for accuracy and suggest enhancements when necessary.
Maintain updated client records in the AMS 360 system ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Anticipate client needs and proactively offer additional insurance products.
Assist with claims management and ensure continuous support for our clients throughout the process.
## Requirements
Demonstrated proficiency in Commercial Insurance Account Management.
Familiarity with AMS 360 (AMS) or similar systems.
Exceptional communication abilities and adeptness in client relations.
Strong capability to manage multiple priorities prioritize tasks and handle numerous client accounts simultaneously.
Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance products coverages and underwriting processes.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a cohesive team.
