Sales Mechanical Engineer Demand Generation for UK USA Canada Market is a fulltime position located in Pune
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to join our team and contribute to our demand generation efforts. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic business environment. The Business Development Executive will focus on generating leads building relationships and supporting the sales pipeline through various marketing and outreach strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation
: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
Use tools like LinkedIn email marketing platforms and CRM software to build and manage lead lists.
Engage with prospects through outbound calls emails and social media to generate interest and set up meetings.
2. Campaign Support:
Assist in the of demand generation campaigns including webinars email marketing and content marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize lead generation materials such as landing pages email templates and social media posts.
3. Data Management:
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads and prospects.
Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation activities and campaign performance. 4. Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
Support senior team members in nurturing longterm relationships with key accounts.
5. Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for demand generation.
Provide feedback and insights to the team based on interactions with prospects and market observations.
6. Support Sales Process:
Assist in preparing proposals presentations and other sales materials.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of leads through the sales pipeline
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering .with Marketing Communications or a related field.
Experience: 02 years of experience in business development sales marketing or a related area. Internships or relevant projects are a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot) is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
. High level of organization and attention to detail.
