(Senior) Associate (w/m/d) im Bereich Corporate M&A
Was erwartet Sie
- Beraten Sie nationale und internationale Unternehmenskufe Private Equity Investments Zusammenschlsse und Joint Ventures
- Planen und begleiten Sie gesellschaftsrechtliche Strukturmanahmen sowie die Entwicklung und Optimierung von Konzernstrukturen
- Beraten Sie Organe bei strategischen Entscheidungen und komplexen Fragen der Corporate Governance ESG Organhaftung und Corporate Compliance
- Fhren Sie spezialisierte Due Diligence Prfungen und Risikobewertungen fr Versicherer durch und beraten Sie bei M&A fr Erst und Rckversicherungsunternehmen
Was uns berzeugt
- Ein rechtswissenschaftliches Studium und Referendariat mit berdurchschnittlichen Examina sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse die Sie sicher in der tglichen Arbeit anwenden
- Mehrjhrige Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Corporate / M&A idealerweise in einer international ttigen Kanzlei sind von Vorteil
- Eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Herangehensweise
- Durch Ihr Interesse fr wirtschaftliche Zusammenhnge knnen Sie unseren Mandanten eine vollumfassende Beratung bieten
