Work Schedule
7 1/2 hr shiftEnvironmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards Cleanroom: no hair products jewelry makeup nail polish perfume exposed piercings facial hair etc... allowed Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery) Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses gowning gloves lab coat ear plugs etc.Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure flawless operation.
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and maintain worldclass production standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to determine maintenance priorities and successfully implement solutions.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation strictly in compliance with company protocols.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment ensuring it meets our ambitious operational standards.
- Train and mentor junior technicians encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and electronic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals blueprints and diagrams.
- Outstanding problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues from a diverse group of backgrounds.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends and holidays.
