We are hiring a Store In charge for our construction project offices/sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the store operations for civil construction projects including coordination across multiple sites accurate recordkeeping and ensuring seamless material flow. Key Responsibilities 1.Store Operations Management: oManage daytoday store operations at project sites ensuring smooth material handling. oMaintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing construction materials. 2.Coordination Skills: oCoordinate with site store incharges for material availability and requirements across multiple projects. oCommunicate effectively with project teams vendors and procurement departments. 3.Inventory & Record Keeping: oEnsure proper documentation and reconciliation of all construction materials (returnable and nonreturnable) for multiple projects. oMonitor inventory levels and plan material procurement/replenishment as required. 4.Monitoring & Reporting: oConduct regular inspections to ensure materials are stored safely and systematically. oPrepare and submit periodic stock reports reconciliations and usage summaries. 5.Compliance & Quality: oEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures for material management. oSafeguard materials against damage theft and misuse. Requirements Proven experience of at least 3.5 years as a Store In charge or similar role in civil construction projects. Strong coordination skills to handle site store operations across multiple projects. Knowledge of material reconciliation processes and documentation for construction materials (returnable and nonreturnable). Proficient in inventory monitoring tracking and reporting. Monitoring and planning skills to ensure smooth project . Good communication and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with construction materials such as soil aggregates cement steel etc. Experience with ERP systems or software for inventory and stock management is a plus.
