Job Description
This is a remote position.
Join our dynamic team as a Delivery Manager where you ll lead highimpact IT projects ensuring successful delivery while coordinating international teams and driving strategic growth.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Handle project escalations and ensure highlevel technical understanding of IT projects.
- Support client meetings with professional input and lead proposal processes with help from PMs and tech leads.
- Create track and update project plans schedules and budgets based on current project status.
- Ensure contract obligations are met and lead strategic planning for successful project delivery.
- Approve technical project details support implementation and guarantee highquality outcomes.
- Coordinate international project teams (agile or hybrid) and oversee daily work of the internal team 15 people).
- Monitor service quality communicate regularly with clients and vendors and support team growth motivation and resource planning.
- Work on a variety of projects with a strong focus on fintech solutions and innovative financial technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering IT projects successfully.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (both written and spoken).
- Fintech project background is a huge plus.
- Experience managing budgets schedules and resources for largescale projects.
- Excellent communication skills for client and vendor relations.
- Ability to drive strategic planning and ensure contract obligations are met.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to handle project escalations and technical challenges.
- Focus on maintaining highquality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
