Responsibilities:
The Service Advisors core responsibility is to listen and thoroughly understand customer concerns. The ideal Service Advisor has GM or domestic experience and has a proven track record of impeccable CSI sales experience along with top tier customer service skills. They will also have an unrestricted drivers license clean driving record a strong mechanical aptitude a minimum of one year of dealerlevel or large facility experience
