Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Dealership Greeter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their visit and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor showcasing our diverse range of vehicles and proactively reaching out to potential customers to schedule appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Welcomes: Greet every customer with a genuine smile and friendly attitude making them feel at home from the moment they step into our dealership.
  • Showcase Excellence: Provide informative and engaging presentations of our vehicle inventory tailoring your approach to meet the needs and interests of each customer.
  • Appointment Setting: Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls and followups to schedule appointments ensuring they have an opportunity to explore our offerings at their convenience.
  • Customer Experience: Assist customers with inquiries direct them to the appropriate departments and ensure they receive prompt and courteous service throughout their visit.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to provide a seamless experience for our customers and support dealership goals.
