Excellent Opportunity for international voice process in a leading MNC Gurugram location
Our Client is an Indian multinational company that provides technology and business process outsourcing services.
Designation:Customer Support
Location:Gurugram
Interview Mode: Walkin face to face
Shift: US shift/Night Shift
Week Off: 2 Days rotational
Responsibilities:
- The primaryjobof acustomer servicerepresentative is to addresscustomerissues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.
- Interact withcustomerson a variety of channels such as phone email and social media.
- Moreover ensure that all validcustomerconcerns are being dealt with immediately.
- Handling inbound/outbound calls of the customer with proper resolution
- Ability to handle international customers with a professional approach.
- Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Document call details and follow up as needed.
- Work in a fastpaced environment and meet performance metrics.
Requirements
Candidate should have :
- Good Communication skills take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
- Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them positively and professionally flexible to work in shifts.
- Excellent English both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
Qualification: Graduate with 1yr & above experience international voice process interviews.
Salary : Upto 29k CTC
