SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR / ASSISTANT MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Colliers Wood SW19
Salary: OTE: 45k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity for a selfmotivated dynamic and conscientious Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to forge a career within a longestablished highly professional local independent estate agent based in the Colliers Wood area.
We are seeking a candidate who is motivated energetic enthusiastic and dynamic; who is successful and outgoing; with a strong background in Residential Estate Agency an instruction winning mindset and excellent relationship building skills!
The perfect candidate will currently be in Residential Sales in the local area and be looking to take the next step in their career.
Skills: The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:
- Significant previous agency experience
- Valuation and listing experience essential
- Good verbal communication selfconfident & persuasive
- Customer focussed and results orientated
- Ambitious and selfmotivated
- Local knowledge of Colliers Wood and surrounding areas helpful
- Full UK driving licence and own car
