PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive work assignments electronically from Field Service Manager.
- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders while scheduling appointments and conducting surveys/ inspections.
- Communicate in person over the phone and via email with Field Service Manager policyholders/homeowners and insurance agents.
- Complete field surveys/ inspections while adhering to all of Mueller Reports field policies and procedures.
- Upload completed work to Quality Assurance department via company mobile app or the internet.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Own and be comfortable using aSmartphone or Tablet(Apple or Android)
- Own and be comfortable using acomputer(PC or Mac; Google Chrome web browser required) as well as a printer
- Regular reliable access toWiFiandhigh speed internet
- Possess areliable vehicle and aninsurance policy
- Be comfortable working in various weather conditions

Our Inspectors are required to adhere to Mueller Reports dress code and conduct themselves in a professional manner. This can be a physically demanding job and will require the Inspector to work outside in all elements get from one location to another quickly/ efficiently. Successful candidates will be selfstarters and able toeffectivelymanage their time.
