What We Offer
The City and County of Denver offers a competitive salary commensurate with education and experience. The hiring range for this position is $64000 $84000/year. We also offer generous benefits for fulltime employees which include but are not limited to:

Location & Schedule
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed at a job site several days a week and offsite as needed. In this position you can expect to work three 3 days in office. For your inoffice days you can expect to work onsite at the Republic Plaza Building 370 17th St. Denver CO 80202. A 9/80 flex option could become available after probation.

DOTI Curbside and Parking (C&P) a team within the DOTI Transportation Operations division is dedicated to promoting safe and practical access to Denvers parking and curbside assets through comprehensive management for Denver residents and its visitors. This includes but is not limited to: multiple cityowned public and private offstreet parking facilities more than 6000 paid parking spaces thousands of timelimited and otherwise managed parking spaces and general curb lane access.The team operates several ongoing programs including car share valet bike parking accessible parking and more.The group is responsible for programming changes to the Citys curbside management system through reviewing evaluating planningimplementing and maintaining initiatives that promote access to both commercial and residential properties and other activity centers. The staff are leaders in the parking and curbside management field and work through all projects and ongoing programs to support City resiliency safety and curbside access for all people.
The Curbside and Parking Team is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated OffStreet Parking Program Administrator to join our team! Broadly this position will oversee offstreet City and County of Denver parking locations which will include managing the Motor Center and rental car services administering of employee parking and performing inspections for public parking facilities.
Specifically as the OffStreet Parking Program Administrator you will:
Administer and manage the Downtown Employee Parking Program and serve as the main point of contact for the program spearheading communication to employees and city divisions including Badging Security Payroll and other interdepartmental agencies.
Perform administrative duties including but not limited to: managing waitlists auditing employee parking access and payroll deductions for correctness responding to all employee inquiries ensuring forms and information on the Denver Hub are up to date reviewing and storing employee applications and issuing and monitoring parking access cards.
Deliver monthly and ondemand reports to the OffStreet Program Manager detailing status updates challenges and potential areas for improvement.
Administer and manage the Employee Motor Center Program (motor vehicles and bikes) and serve as the main point of contact for the program spearheading communication to employees agency representatives Fleet Division Technology Services and CASR for EV vehicle and charging issues.
Manage programs within the OffStreet Parking Program including Public Parking Facility Inspections for Excise and License and Parking Lot License processes.
Support the OffStreet Parking Program through multiple yearly projects including but not limited to: resurfacing and stripping of parking lots and facilities; installation of new or upgraded parking equipment and technology software; coordination and management of EV charging stations updates and new additions; and city garage infrastructure updates.
Manage Curbside & Parking office needs including purchases and creation of purchase orders submitting contract invoices and financial administration and ordering office supplies for the team.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What Youll Bring
Our ideal candidate has some or all the following experience skills and characteristics:
Valid Drivers License at the time of application.
Experience in parking transportation or a related field.
Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently effectively managing time and priorities to meet deadlines and deliver highquality results.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education Requirement: Bachelors Degree in Public Administration Management Sociology Psychology Political Science or a related field.
Experience Requirement: Three 3 years of professional or technical level experience planning the administrative aspects of a program(s) or training program participants and/or volunteers. (Some positions may require experience in a specific program area.
Education/Experience Equivalency: One 1 year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of posthigh school education. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.
