Roles and Responsibility
Sales Target
- Responsible for achievement of sales of different products as per the target assigned.
- Expanding the Stockists network as per A B C D classification in the territory to achieve the targets.
- Appointment of new stockists.
- Responsible for maintaining smooth relationships and servicing the stockists in the districts allotted.
- Ensure minimal customer complaints. In case of any complaints ensures that they are addressed within 72 hours and a regular update is provided to the customer and the same gets reported to ASM/RSM.
P & L Management
- Ensure realization of revenue so that all products sold in the predecided price.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Ensure zero bad debts (delayed collections from Stockists beyond the stipulated time period).
MIS & Business Intelligence
- Responsible for assessing the Market requirements in the designated area.
- Responsible for closely monitoring the competition activities and provide continuous feedback to ZSM/RSM.
- Coordinate and manage brand promotion activities in the region.
- Provide regular feedback about new products & strategies in the market.
- Responsible for maintaining MIS related to sales order budget vs actual in the region.
- Responsible for MIS related to competition activities pricing products promotion stockists network.
SelfDevelopment
- Takes initiative to increase knowledge about market product competition skills etc.
