The Central QMSE team is part of the Firmwide Risk & Quality team reporting to the Territory Chief Risk & Quality Officer and consists of two senior managers supported on an adhoc basis by R&Q managers and by the testing team from the firms Central Testing Centre.

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team

• Keeping up to date with network and regulatory requirements (International Quality Management Standards) by participating in regular Network training sessions and using latest available guidance

• Supporting the QMSE Leader in maintaining the firms SoQM to comply with latest network and regulatory requirements more specifically evaluation of the following: a.Assessment of quality risks related to each function b.Quality of documentation prepared by the various functions

• Supporting the QMSE Testing Leader in designing and implementing the QMSE testing plan indicatively: a.Determine nature timing and extent of testing in accordance with PwC Audit Guide and relevant network guidelines b.Supervise and support testing team where necessary

• Monitoring of preparation of quality performance measures reported by the various functions

• Coordinating and monitoring of functional leaders assigned with QMSE responsibilities (indicatively: assessment and monitoring of network resources and service providers used timely and appropriate risk assessment and SoQM documentation)

• Supporting the QMSE Leader in network reporting

• Organising tasks in relation to Network reviews (scheduling meetings providing evidence etc)

What we are looking for

• An experienced senior associate with 2 years of (preferably in auditing) experience

• Project management skills

• Effective communication skills

• Teamoriented personality who is also able to work independently

• Ability to apply professional judgement

• Problemsolving mindset

• Data analysis tools such as Alteryx DataSnipper and PowerBI will also be an advantage.
