Job Description
Due to an exciting internal promotion Saint Johns On The Lake Milwaukees preeminent life plan community is seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive leadership team.
As COO youll be at the helm of daily operations across multiple departmentsDining Housekeeping LifeStreams (our signature wellness and life enrichment programming) Maintenance Resident Services Security and Spiritual Care. But this role is so much more than operationsits about orchestrating excellence elevating resident experiences and empowering our dedicated teams to thrive.
Youll work handinhand with the CEO and the leadership team to bring strategy to life aligning vision with while ensuring compliance with local state and federal regulations. Youll be a culture championcultivating talent fostering innovation and continually refining processes to ensure Saint Johns remains a beacon of quality and care across the entire continuum.
