Posting Summary
Perform duties and responsibilities to maintain buildings HVAC systems and components including but not limited to heating cooling and plumbing as well as significant database management of equipment and its associated components. Assist HVAC technicians and plumbers as needed for repairs. Access information using appropriate desktop applications. Promote a safe work environment and aid in maintaining a high level of building cleanliness maintenance and operations. May operate a University vehicle. Report to a Supervisor and provide active engagement in learning and practicing principles of social justice and inclusion environmental sustainability and delivering great customer service experience.
