Job Description
Are you a skilled Diesel Mechanic with a passion for diagnosing and repairing diesel engines Our team in Huntsville AL is looking for experienced Diesel Mechanics to keep our fleet of heavyduty trucks running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance & Repairs: Perform oil changes filter replacements and comprehensive system diagnostics on diesel engines.
Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Component Repair & Replacement: Repair or replace faulty componentsincluding fuel systems brakes and electrical systemsto ensure optimal performance.
Inspections & Testing: Conduct thorough inspections and performance tests on vehicles and equipment to verify they are in proper working order.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.
Qualifications
Experience: 3 5 years as a diesel mechanic with proven expertise in diesel engine systems and components.
Diagnostic Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment.
ProblemSolving & Detail Orientation: Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Team & Independent Work: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
