About The Opportunity

Programmed has recently expanded its operations and established a new depot in Epping which will serve as the base for our outernorthern Local Government Area (LGA) grounds maintenance service contracts. We are seeking multiple Qualified Horticulturalists to join our dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services for our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced workers with qualifications in horticulture parks and gardens or landscaping to secure longterm and steady employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
• Undertake all horticultural activities including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
• Implement mulching and planting programs.
• Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment.
• Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
• Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
• Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

To join our team you will need a qualification in horticulture parks and gardens or landscaping along with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to safety. Additionally you will have:

• Demonstrated experience working within a team.
• A current drivers license and white card (MR license is beneficial).
• A chemical certificate (desirable).
• A professional approach to the workplace.
• The ability to execute work to a high standard.
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
