Job Description
A wellestablished law firm seeks a personal injury paralegal to join their growing practice! This position is responsible for the coordination of all correspondence research scheduling and client communications necessary for each case.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Experience handling personal injury cases from inception to closing
- Bilingual Spanish is a MUST
- Personal Injury litigation experience
- Draft routine or complex legal documents for review and use by attorneys
- Conduct legal research and investigations as needed
- Schedule hearings and depositions
- Prepare documents and responses to discovery requests
- Organize and maintain personal injury files
- Obtain medical records as needed
- Conduct investigations and interviews with clients
- Prepare assistance in preparation for trial depositions or mediations
- Draft demand packages
- Workers compensation law is a plus
