Role:Senior Consultant
Location:Perth
Salary:AUD93 (Annual Gross)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of Mining domain and very strong expertise specifically in the HSEC area
- Develop unit test and support applications
- Provide production support for COTS applications including incident management request fulfillment problem management and change management.
- Provide oncall support for priority issues outside of business hours.
- Work with a global team in agile environments.
- Ensure high performance of applications and provide support.
- Experience of working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
- Strong communication skills and customer service ethic
Essential:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the IT industry with strong experience in .Net technologies.
- Strong domain knowledge of Mining/Resources Industry. At least 2 years of experience in mining domain specifically in handling HSE applications
- At least 2 years of experience in production support of applications.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and ITIL processes
- Good team collaboration proactive time management and high attention to detail
Preferred:
- Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Knowledge of Agile software development
Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problemsolving skills.
