STARTING PAY RANGE IS BETWEEN $19.00/HR AND $30.00/HR BASED ON EXPERIENCE*

As we continue to grow we are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team.
Our Interview Process:

Our comprehensive interview process is designed to not only evaluate your skills and experience but also give you a taste of what its like to work with us. Heres a breakdown of our process:
1. Initial Phone Screening: We start with a casual conversation to discuss the basic details of the position and to introduce you to our company culture. During this call well also explain our interview process and answer any questions you may have.
2. InPerson Interview with HR Manager: Youll have the opportunity to meet with our HR Manager to further discuss the position your qualifications and how you align with our company values.
3. Background Check and Drug Test: To ensure the safety and security of our team and clients we conduct a thorough background check and drug test as part of our hiring process.
4. Working Interview
Position Overview: The Plumber will be responsible for installing repairing and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in plumbing excellent problemsolving skills and a commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Install repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes fixtures fittings and appliances
- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to determine plumbing requirements
- Perform inspections and assessments of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and perform repairs as needed
- Collaborate with project managers contractors and other tradespeople to coordinate plumbing work on construction projects
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes regulations and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and time spent on projects
- Mentor and train apprentice plumbers as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid journeyman or masters plumber license or equivalent certification if applicable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumber
- Thorough understanding of plumbing systems and components
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
