The role will include key responisibilities:
Keep the office area tidy and presentable
Answering and routing phone calls in accordance with office policies.
Greet and direct all visitors including vendors clients and customers.
Ensure completion of paperwork signin and security procedures.
Stationary ordering
Franking machine maintenance
Responsible for office post
Ordering merchandise
Maintaining Clinician uniform stock
Storing delivery notes
Coffee machine service
Keeping the meeting rooms presentable and setting them up for meetings
Booking slots for the meetings rooms
Ad hoc administrative tasks
Assisting managers where needed
Maintain storage and lock up
Monthly water temperature checks
