Were looking for an experienced Business Transformation Program Manager to join our People and Culture (P&C) team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of the Business Process Transformation team you will lead transformational projects by combining program/project management expertise with a passion for designing efficient and scalable P&C processes alongside business users. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an ambiguous environment and enjoys both managing complex projects and collaborating closely with stakeholders to create innovative solutions. You will be based in Costa Rica and go into our Escazu office 23 days per week. You will be responsible for:

  • Driving endtoend programs that enhance user experience and accelerate results across P&C functions.
  • Collaborating with business users to architect new processes that are scalable and efficient.
  • Utilizing your project management skills while engaging in handson process design with stakeholders.
  • Working with functional leaders across multiple departments to achieve strategic and financial goals.
  • Advocating for solutions that improve the experience for all users within the organization.

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5 years of project/program management experience driving organizational change and transformation.
  • Ability to design and implement business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering across HR IT Analytics and other crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to structure complex problems and apply analytical tools to develop effective solutions.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in HR process and tool deployment. Enthusiasm for leading transformational work that makes a significant impact.
  • Experience proposing and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Experience managing or transforming Compensation or Job Architecture processes at the companywide level.
