Staff Nurse RGN/RMN (Night Shifts)
21.50 per Hour FullTime
Please note that our client DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship
Our client a wellestablished care home in Bradford is looking for a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their night shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled nurse to provide highquality care to residents requiring nursing mental health and dementia support in a warm and welcoming environment.
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care throughout the night ensuring residents receive the best possible treatment in a safe and comfortable setting. Working within a supportive team you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of nursing practice and resident wellbeing. This position is based in a beautiful care home that specialises in EMI/Dementia care for older adults offering a nurturing and personcentred approach to residents.

What Were Looking For:
- Registered Nurse Qualification RGN or RMN with valid UK NMC registration.
- Experience Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting.
- Clinical Knowledge Strong understanding of nursing procedures and best practices.
- Health & Safety Awareness Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance.
- Compassion & Dedication A caring and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Resilience & Adaptability Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create tailored care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents health record vital signs and update medical records.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery.
- Provide guidance to residents and their families on health management.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain detailed documentation and handover reports.
