We are now looking for an IT Specialist Monitoring Operator in Gliwice.
What will you do
- Handle variety of requests/events related to incidents occurring in IT environment
- Perform operations and healthchecks that are based on welldocumented procedures
- Work with cuttingedge and well renowned monitoring tools
- Provide assistance with generating various reports from infrastructure devices
- Cooperation with first line of support (ServiceDesk) and third line of support to ensure fast and effective issue/incident resolution.
- Analyse and remotely resolve incidents
- Identify diagnose and resolve problems together with other support teams
- Participate in projects
- Follow the implemented processes (ITIL)
- Contribute to continuous improvement of our daily work and processes

Qualifications :
Your profile
You as an IT Specialist have a thorough understanding of IT related issues but you are also able to troubleshoot issues together with client development network datacentre or application teams.
Next to this you bring:
- Basic understanding of network servers and application environments
- ITIL v3 Foundation certified is a plus or experience in working with ITIL processes
- Very good command of English
- Proactive behaviour take initiatives to improve our daily work
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Readiness for a shift work (including weekends/holidays)
