Job Skills / Requirements

ESS Clean is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a parttime Surgical Center Cleaner. This position offers flexibility with a schedule of 2 to 4 hours per night (depending on customer needs) Monday through Friday starting after 6 PM. The location is a modern surgery center in Southwest Indianapolis. This role is perfect for someone who values cleanliness and precision especially in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

Perform terminal cleaning of operating rooms using approved methods and cleaning solutions
Disinfect and sanitize all surfaces with a focus on preventing crosscontamination
Clean and maintain restrooms and common areas within the surgical center
Sweep mop and vacuum to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness
Dispose of medical waste and manage recycling according to facility protocols

Ideal Candidate:

Has experience in a healthcare cleaning environment or a strong desire to learn
Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
Understands the importance of maintaining a sterile and safe environment
Takes pride in contributing to patient safety and care through cleanliness
