ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Requires excellent customer service and communication skills experience using and maintaining hand and power tools knowledge of pertinent building codes and OSHA regulations. Flexible work schedules required at times.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Graduation from high school or the equivalent in education or experience. Completion of a Trade School Education in carpentry is preferred. Three 3 or more years of recent and related carpentry trade experience.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONS:Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License. Must have a valid Colorado Drivers License with a good driving record. Must be at least eighteen 18 years of age. Successful completion of Bloodborne Pathogens and hazardous material training.
OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES: Demonstrated general knowledge of electrical plumbing air conditioning heating and refrigeration systems. Knowledge of associated OSHA regulations. Experience using small power tools and general construction required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Essential duties involve performing physical exertion including frequent brisk walking climbing stairs bending stretching reaching pushing kneeling squatting crouching stooping and standing for an entire work shift with standard breaks. Essential duties may involve working in small confined areas with floors that may become slippery in the process of conducting work activities. Essential duties require lifting 50 to 75 pounds to stack store or move materials supplies and equipment. Essential duties involve a flexible work week with additional hours occasionally required. In the event of a facility emergency the incumbent must be oncall and available.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
$21.00 an hour based on experience and performance. We do offer a shift differential for overnight shifts.
