Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics maintenance and repairs on Kia vehicles.
- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining highquality standards.
- Use specialized equipment and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Stay updated on the latest Kia service procedures and technical bulletins.
- Work closely with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a car technician with a strong background in Kia vehicles (experience with other brands considered).
- Proficient in diagnostic tools repair equipment and automotive technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- ASE Certification is preferred (or equivalent certifications).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and customerfocused attitude.
