What Youll Do
The HR & Workplace Experience Specialist is a dynamic multifunctional role responsible for ensuring a smooth and engaging workplace experience while supporting HR administration and workplace operations. This individual will play a key role in onboarding employee engagement workplace coordination and event management. The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Support new hire onboarding including processing paperwork scheduling orientations and coordinating IT setup.
- Maintain and update HR records including data entry into HRIS and tracking compliance documents.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews assisting with candidate communication and logistics.
- Order and manage employee gifts including new hire kits work anniversaries and special occasions.
- Assist in facility coordination such as managing maintenance requests liaising with property management and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Ensure conference rooms are clean organized and fully equipped for meetings and events.
- Manage office security and access including maintaining key cards and alarm codes.
- Oversee office inventory supplies and stocking of common areas ensuring all spaces are wellmaintained and functional.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments including distributing employee laptops and equipment.
- Plan and execute onsite events including monthly team lunches business meetings and companywide gatherings.
- Manage hotel accommodations for employees attending office events.
- Coordinate holiday celebrations offsites and other employee experience initiatives.
What Youll Bring
- 2 years of experience in HR administration office coordination or workplace operations.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite and HR systems (e.g. HRIS ATS).
- Ability to problemsolve and take initiative in a dynamic workplace.
Where Youll Be Located
This position will be based in Hayward CA.
What Well Offer
We offer competitive compensation determined by each individuals relevant experience skills education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $60000 and $75000 annually if located in the San Francisco Bay Area market. In addition to base salary Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates we hope youll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
