Senior UX Designer
Why We Have This Role
We are looking for designers in Krakw to join our passionate group of builders. Our leaders and customers expect and encourage us to push the boundaries of what an enterprise product could be envisioning across all platforms to directly impact the product roadmap and our customers goals.
How Youll Find Success
Your product UX design vision sees 12 years into the future and evolves by listening to customers and ideating ground breaking solutions. You identify and surface UX issues and opportunities ensuring that they are closed out. Leading collaboration across software development product management and product marketing you create fluid intuitive user experiences that scale seamlessly across desktop mobile applications and push into paradigms such as voice.

Things Youll Do
- Partner with your Engineering and Product leads on a product roadmap that pushes the boundaries of what it means to be the market leading Experience Company.
- Build high fidelity wireframes of a multivariant workflow that inspires users in a research study in how it simplifies the customer journey.
- Attend a UX team critique inform and support the work that is being presented by your team members and help inspire junior members of the team.
- Translate data from a usability study and translate it into concrete user interface design improvements and get them prioritized into sprint planning so customers see an immediate impact.
- Elevate the product by incorporating cuttingedge interaction design practices and contemporary user experience trends setting a high benchmark for solution design.
- In this role you will play a crucial role supporting mobile app experience programs deployed by worldclass brands. You will use your expertise in web design and development to create user interfaces and features that seamlessly integrate into their mobile apps and provide a unified user experience across all platforms.
What Were Looking For On Your Resume
- 5 years as an information architect product or user experience or interaction designer.
- Have collaborated with cross functional partners shipping and maintaining multiple products and features with an online portfolio that showcases this work and your process.
- Your understanding of mobile app development deployment and design will be essential in ensuring that your web interfaces are optimized to deliver a performant and userfriendly experience for mobile app developers and experience professionals.
- Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma Sketch or equivalent.
- Nice to have Bachelors degree in design humancomputer interaction (HCI) or related fields such as Graphic Design Industrial Design Visual Arts or Computer Science. Masters preferred.
