Are you a creative problemsolver with a hunger for innovation Were looking for an Elastomer Technologist to develop advanced elastomer formulations optimise processes and drive highperformance product development.
Based at our Aberdeen Headquarters youll play a key role in formulating toptier elastomers seeing projects through from concept to realworld application and contributing to a company that stays ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimise elastomer materials for superior performance
- Select raw materials to enhance quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot process issues and maintain consistent product quality
- Conduct indepth testing and data analysis
- Collaborate with R&D production and sales teams
- Stay ahead of industry advancements and drive innovation
What Were Looking For:
We seek an enthusiastic forwardthinking professional who thrives on innovation and takes pride in their work.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A degree in polymers or handson experience in elastomer technology
- Expertise in elastomer materials processing and testing
- Strong problemsolving and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of industry standards (ASTM ISO)
- The ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects
