Job Description
Title: Analytics Manager
Location: Toronto Fulltime
Hi Im Shannon from JENNY BIRD. Im currently the Senior Director of Ecommerce and were looking for an Analytics Manager to join the team. I have worked at the company for three years and the growth and momentum of it has been both rewarding and motivating. As early as my first day on the team I felt the companys mission of uplifting its community being lived out in the daytoday from the support team members provide each other to the care that is given to each customer. Its a collaborative everevolving environment where you will have the opportunity to make a big impact.
As the Analytics Manager you will provide the team with insights that enable datadriven decisionmaking to drive ecommerce growth. Youre talented at storytelling through numbers and you will use your data analytics and communication skills to uncover opportunities and advise on website and mobile app initiatives that will elevate the JENNY BIRD shopping experience and grow ecommerce revenue.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze online customer behaviour to generate actionable insights and visualize and communicate analyses to key stakeholders
- Build insightful reports and dashboards to identify trends opportunities and financial impacts and enable selfservice analytics to support business decisions that enhance the customer experience and grow revenue
- Develop and present new insights and innovative ideas to grow ecommerce revenue and work with the ecommerce team to execute
- Track analyze and report on performance of Shopify apps and features
- Develop and define measurement strategies to quantify the performance of ecommerce initiatives and compare against benchmarks and past performance
- Optimize analytics infrastructure to track key events and identify strategic opportunities throughout the customer journey
- Investigate key drivers of business performance to identify new demand or optimization opportunities by channel
- Experiment with A/B multivariate and split URL tests to inform decisions that increase conversions
- Evaluate and advise on ecommerce analytics platforms that centralize data to streamline reporting and support business decisions as we grow
Qualifications
- 3 years experience in business intelligence and data analysis
- Proven skills education or applicable certifications in:
- Analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4 Firebase)
- Tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager)
- Visualization tools (Looker Studio)
- A/B testing platforms
- Behaviour analytics (Hotjar)
- Bigpicture thinking with high attention to details
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including synthesizing and presenting findings and recommendations to team members at all levels
- Proven ability to increase revenue per user with conversion rate optimization tactics
- Drive to test iterate and improve our site and app to create a better experience for users and customers
- Ability to be both a selfstarter and a team player
- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Experience and familiarity with Shopify is a plus
- Experience working in retail is a plus

Location
- We have flexible working arrangements for the team. Currently our team is working remotely 23 days a week and are required to be in the office the other days
