Job Description
Lead Detail Technician
$40000 potential including bonuses1
$15/hour plus performance bonuses paid weekly.2
Qualifications
A valid drivers license
- Ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude
- Pass preemployment background and clean driving record.
Primary Priorities and Responsibilities:
- Tasks include basic car washing prep providing full vehicle detail/take pride in your work.
Experience: Some experience preferred but willing to train. - Duties:
Constant awareness of deadlines. - Maintain and promote a positive attitude.
- Help increase the shops ability to process more vehicles by creating a sense of urgency on every task.
- Maintain the cleanliness of your workspaces (keep clean throughout the day and end of each shift).
- Maintain a flexible schedule and remain on duty until the work is done.
- Other duties and tasks as requested by the Detail Managers (Such as but not limited to detailing facilities maintenance etc.
