Catch 22 are working with a Financial organisation who are on the lookout for anExperienced Facilities assistantbased inEC4N
Working hours: MondayThursday 7:30am1pm 30 min unpaid break
Duties
- Manage room setups Moving tables and chairs and would need to go under the table to undo the interlocking connections
- Catering/Refreshments Put out cups and cutlery lift the lid of a box of sandwiches (No contact with any food) and make the filter coffee
- Cover reception and take clients coats
- Floor walks
- Collecting post and deliveries from loading bay
- Escorting contractors
Must have DBS check dated in the last year
Pay is 13.15 an hour (Will be increase from 1st April 13.85
3 Months temp placement can lead to a permanent role
