Job Description
Employment Opportunity: Physical Therapist Needed to work in Long Term Care Facilities
Location: Denver Metro Area
Pay Rate: Up to $46.00 per hour depending on experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Current Colorado PT or compact License in good standing
Join our team make a real difference in peoples lives! Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to work per diem and block booking positions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide handson therapy and exercises to improve patients mobility and quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current Colorado PT or Compact License in good standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
