Job Description
Cleaning: Sweeping vacuuming mopping and dusting floors walls ceilings and furniture Sanitizing: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and other commonly used areas Maintaining: Ensuring heating and cooling systems are working and replacing air filters Removing waste: Taking out the trash and recycling and removing litter from grounds and parking lots Minor repairs: Replacing light bulbs unclogging toilets and making other minor repairs Safety: Reporting safety hazards and deficiencies to maintenance and following health and safety regulations Stocking: Maintaining cleaning supply rooms and restocking restroom supplies Outdoor work: Cutting grass trimming bushes and removing snow and ice Organization: Maintaining a neat and orderly janitorial room
