Job Description
YouScience is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to drive the development and of worldclass software products that deliver exceptional value to our customers. As a key leader within the product team you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product vision roadmap and working crossfunctionally with stakeholders across the company including sales marketing customer experience and engineering. Your expertise in EdTech SaaS solutions and agile methodologies will help us scale our impact and drive innovation in education and career readiness.
What Youll Be Responsible For:
Own the product strategy and roadmap ensuring alignment with YouSciences business objectives and customer needs.
Lead the endtoend product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to delivery and postlaunch optimization.
Act as a strategic thought leader driving datainformed decisionmaking and prioritization.
Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure alignment between product vision customer requirements and engineering .
Engage with customers educators and key stakeholders to understand pain points identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Define track and optimize key product metrics to measure success and continuously improve the product experience.
Lead agile development practices including backlog grooming sprint planning and crossteam communication to drive efficiency and quality.
Ensure seamless gotomarket working closely with sales and marketing to support product launches and adoption strategies.
Champion user experience and customer feedback ensuring our products deliver exceptional value and usability.
What Youll Be Great At:
Deep expertise in Agile Development with handson experience in backlog management user story creation and iterative product delivery.
Proven success in SaaS product management with a strong ability to navigate complex multifaceted systems.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to balance priorities negotiate tradeoffs and align teams around a shared vision.
Experience working with educational institutions (secondary and postsecondary) to design and deliver impactful solutions.
Strong analytical mindset with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of industrystandard product management tools to facilitate collaboration planning and .
Experience in the EdTech space is a plus particularly in student career readiness workforce development or skills assessment.
Qualifications :
5 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment with at least 2 years in a senior product management role.
Demonstrated ability to lead product vision strategy and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Experience working in a fastpaced highgrowth environment balancing multiple priorities while maintaining strategic focus.
Strong technical acumen with an ability to translate customer needs into welldefined product requirements.
Exceptional problemsolving and criticalthinking skills with a strong bias for action and results.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Business Computer Science Education Technology or a related discipline); MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Extra Credit:
