City Wide Jani Inc. is seeking dependable and dedicated individuals to join our team as fulltime custodians for the second shift in Chinatown Chicago. Position Details:

• Shift:8:00 PM 5:00PM Monday through Friday
• Location: Chinatown Chicago 60616
• Pay: $17/hour
• Overtime: May be required occasionally

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 15passenger vanfor two hours each shift (training provided).
• Perform daily cleaning tasks including:
  • Emptying trash receptacles
  • Dusting windowsills air vents and other surfaces
  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
  • Sanitizing hightouch areas to maintain a healthy environment
• Handle specialized cleaning as needed such as:
  • Floor stripping and waxing
  • Carpet and window cleaning
  • Pressure washing
  • Snow removal during winter months
• Inspect and report any maintenance needs to the Lead and/or Operations Manager.
• Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving a 15passenger van/bus (training provided).
• Must pass a drug screen fingerprint background check and TB test.
• Ability to lift carry push or pull objects over 50 lbs.
• Prior custodial experience is a plus but not requiredwere happy to train the right candidate!

Additional Information:

• This role may require occasional overtime.
• Candidates must be safetyconscious and comfortable working with cleaning chemicals.
