Sr. Data Architect Healthcare Contract to Hire (CTH)
The Sr. Data Architect role will be a Contract to Hire Role and will play a pivotal role in integrating diverse data sources into productionready data models to support organizational goals. This position demands strong collaboration with business and technical teams to align with business strategies and objectives ensuring requirements are fulfilled throughout the entire data and analytics lifecycle.

- Gather and understand business and technical requirements translating them into actionable data architecture plans.
- Design and implement multidimensional and tabular data models to support analytics initiatives.
- Define and enforce best practices for database design ETL/ELT development and optimization.
- Lead and direct the development of ETL processes ensuring adherence to optimization and scheduling best practices.
- Create architectural designs to guide solution development across systems applications and processes.
- Document solution architecture and perform design and analysis work to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate across teams to drive business impact through technical solutions aligning infrastructure and solutions with business success metrics.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field with 7 years of relevant experience or 11 years of total experience.
- Proven experience in roles such as Data Architect Data Scientist or Data Analyst with mandatory experience in healthcare or insurance services.
- Expertise in data warehousing data architecture data vault and business intelligence.
- Cloudbased project implementation experience (Microsoft Azure Snowflake preferred).
- Knowledge of data pipelines and modern data platforms.
- Proficiency in enterprise data management technologies (ETL tools SQL NoSQL Oracle data lakes and master data management solutions).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Understanding of data lifecycle management data quality principles and security best practices.
- Preferred experience in Microsoft Azure BI and Analytics Stack and Snowflake.
- Handson experience with data warehouse modeling methodologies.
- Predictive analytics data mining and machine learning experience.
- Familiarity with realtime and largebatch data pipelines.
- Knowledge of FHIR standards.
- Demonstrates payer industryspecific knowledge of business processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead teams across diverse domains.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently while fostering team collaboration.
- Knowledge of product management agile principles and development methodologies.
Work Environment:
- Remote work from home.
- Hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday. Specific business hours will depend on client needs.
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 of the time.
- The person in this position must occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets library stacks office machinery etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator copy machine and printer.
- The person in this position frequently communicates with clients and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
