Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or related work experience
- 35 years of experience handling OH Workers Compensation/Indemnity claims
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and process Ohio workers compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims.
- Collaborate with medical professionals legal teams and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
- Communicate effectively with claimants employers and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries.
- Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends legal changes and best practices in workers compensation.
