The Role

• Youve done caretaking or similar jobs before
• Youre okay with using basic computer programs like email
• Youre good at organising your tasks and time
• You can communicate well with others
• You have a valid drivers license

• Be a Fixer: Help with small repairs to keep our homes in top shape.
• Clean & Tidy: Keep our living spaces neat and clean.
• Eagle Eye: Regularly check our properties and let us know if something needs attention.
• Team Player: Work with contractors and residents to keep everything running smoothly.
• Paperwork Pro: Handle work orders and keep track of what needs doing.
• Welcome Wagon: Help new residents move in and say a friendly goodbye to those moving out.
• Residents Go to Person: Quickly respond to any questions or needs from our residents.
• Safety First: Make sure youre always following our safety guidelines.

Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
