Job Requirements:
The Womens Health Family Midwife will have the following requirements:
- Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited program Nursing License
- Certification as a Nurse Midwife by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
- Certifications in addition to Basic Life Supportmust have American Red Cross BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers Course or American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers or Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Course.
- Minimum of 24 months experience working as a Certified Nurse Midwife within the last 48 months
- Board Certification and Additional Certification: National Certification Corporation (NCC) for Obstetrics Gynecologic and
Neonatal Nursing Specialties
