Job Description
Our client leadingleader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for a Master DataAnalyst 1st Shift based out of Branchburg NJ.
Duration: Long termcontract (Possibility of further extension)
Pay Range : $26 $36/hron W2 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Define and maintainprocesses designed to collect integrate and reconcile ongoing master datarequirements for the RMS Operations dept. Monitor and rectify any quality orcompleteness issues with information gathering.
- Work with OperationsQuality Management and the SAP Competency Center to assess process fullysystem and/or people impacts of proposed master data changes.
- Coordinate with Globalgroups regarding Diagnostics data standards.
- Implement master datachanges in accordance with change control processes.
- Perform SAP Productionmaster data (i.e. BoMs and recipes) creation and maintenance activities.
- Perform Item numbercreation and SAP Material master creation and maintenance activities.
- Perform SAP Qualitymaster data creation and maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot masterdata issues when necessary.
- Coordinate SAP masterdata activities with other departments (i.e. Operations Planning OperationsNew Product Logistics Engineering Support Purchasing Quality Operations andQuality Management).
- Document master dataactivities accurately and appropriately and according to established formats.Write and/or revise department documents in compliance with business changecontrol processes.
- Provide master data SOPtraining to internal customers (i.e. Operations Planning Operations NewProduct Logistics Development etc. when appropriate.
Qualification:
- Associates degreerequired
- 02 years experiencegeneral office or manufacturing/lab experience
