Location: Hialeah Gardens FL 33016
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from inception to completion ensuring that they are delivered on time within budget and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This position requires frequent travel as well as evening and weekend hours to meet project deadlines.
The Project Managers primary contribution is the overall success of projects assigned to them including but not limited to schedule finances quality business development and account management.Additionally the Project Manager shall work in conjunction with the Project Superintendent to ensure successful completion of the project assist with any issues delays etc.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets
- Coordinate project activities and resources
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project scope and change requests
- Lead project team meetings and facilitate decisionmaking
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management
- Experience with Groundup Bank builds high end retail and convenience store/gas stations construction
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage project budgets and timelines
- Experience with project management software
- PMP certification preferred
