Job Description
We are seeking talented multiskilled Craftsmen Handymen Maintenance Technician/Managers/Supervisors Carpenters who are committed to quality work and customer service. Someone who possesses a strong will to complete all tasks assigned in a timely professional manner. We need an independent thinker with strong problemsolving skills excellent communication skills and a desire to enjoy the variety we offer. Potential income starting range from $45000 to $55000 per year. We also provide benefits and performance bonuses.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact in a positive way with a wide variety of different types of clients and vendors as well as fellow employees management and office personnel.
- Successful prior track record as a Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience strongly preferred.
- Overall knowledge of all trades: Carpentry Plumbing Tile and Electrical.
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades (Not necessarily having every tool but basic tools and knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks).
- Possession of a valid State of Florida Driver License with a clean driving record in accordance with the companys insurance carriers standards.
- Residence within 25 miles of the cities of Bonita Springs Naples or Marco Island FL.
- Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
