At Marshall Grain Company were a small company that believes we best serve our customers by having sales folks who are passionate about the things we sell. And what we sell are organic gardening supplies plants garden accessories and products to feed and take care of pets.
We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service from sales associates who have taken the effort to learn how our products can help solve our customers problems. If you like helping people solve their gardening problems youll enjoy this job! For this position we need a motivated selfstarter who loves plants & gardening. You must have professional gardening experience such as having worked at a garden center. You must be good working with customers and be enthusiastic about gardening especially organic gardening.
You must be able to communicate effectively and present yourself in a professional manner. You must be able to work weekends both Saturdays and Sundays. You must be able to work outofdoors in Texas summers. This position is at our new store in Colleyville TX and can be fulltime or parttime. Local candidates only please we cannot pay for relocation.
