Kitchen Staff Member
Precept Wine is the largest privately owned wine company in the Pacific Northwest. Were seamlessly integrated to run our own vineyards wineries and worldclass tasting rooms. Currently we are looking for the best and brightest to fill an immediate opening for a part time Kitchen Staff Member. This position will report directly to the Tasting Room Manager and is based in Caldwell Idaho at our Sawtooth Tasting Room Location.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide excellent food and customer service for all Precept Wine property guests.
Responsible for preparing all food menu items according to Sawtooths preset standards. Including prepping and maintaining food prior to guests ordering
Bussing tables and prebussing as guests have empty dishes
Washing and drying all dishes in a timely manner
Complying with all applicable sanitation health and personal hygiene standards always.
Responsible for the appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss waste and fraud.
Taking great care of our guests clients V.I.P.s and any other guest visiting our property.
Make sure that all the food is being checked for quality throughout service.
Prepping and executing daily service when its being offered.
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
Skills and requirements:
Punctuality professional appearance and demeanor are always required.
Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
Must have a positive and outgoing personality.
Communicate effectively professionally and honestly with all Precept Wine team members.
Act in accordance with the culture and values of Precept Wine always.
We expect our kitchen staff to possess exemplary communication skills and to be trustworthy professional and honest when working with teammates and guests. We host some very large events and keeping a good attitude is essential.

This position will average about 2030 hours per week for parttime.
