The Opportunity
As a key member of our Projects team youll advise on and manage complex highstakes projects across sectors such as infrastructure energy transportation and more. This role provides an exciting mix of client engagement legal analysis and strategic input on critical projects that shape industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on the full lifecycle of projects from structuring and development to financing operation and management
- Drafting reviewing and negotiating key project documents including EPC contracts O&M agreements and financial and commercial contracts
- Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear practical advice on legal and regulatory requirements
- Supporting senior team members on highprofile projects and taking responsibility for managing client relationships and project deliverables
- Providing strategic insights and assisting clients in navigating complex legal challenges
Requirements
- 25 years of PQE with a strong foundation in projects work preferably in infrastructure energy or related sectors
- Qualified to practice in England and Wales (E&W)
- Excellent drafting negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Strong academic record and a proactive solutionsfocused approach
